Troubleshooting steps taken. Created restore point.
If the printer says offline, We have to go ahead and check the following things.
- Will check if the power cable is connected perfectly with the printer.
- Will check the USB cable if there is no WIFI concept.
- Will check print queue and clear the queue.
- Will go ahead and restart the printer and check again, if it says offline will go to the next steps as follows…
Following methods can be used to fix Canon PIXMA TS3370s
We assume that printer setup was done with Wi-Fi.
- Will go ahead and check if the printer’s Wi-Fi is turned ON and connected with the Wi-Fi.
- Will go ahead and connect the printer with Wi-Fi again.
- Will go ahead and make some changes with the printer’s control panel.

Hit Yes for the license agreement
Click on WIFI connection and hit next.
Now it is connected with the Wi-Fi.
Now hit next the set printer default.
Restart the printer and computer and print the test page.
