Printer Says offline, So We have to go ahead and check the following things.
- Will check if the power cable is connected perfectly with the printer.
- Will check that how is the printer connected.
- Will check print queue and clear the queue.
- Will go ahead and restart the printer and check again, if it says offline will go to the next steps as follows…

Running setup
Hit Yes for the license agreement
Click on connection types and then click on setup with using USB cable then Hit next.
Now hit next the set printer default.
Restart the printer and computer and print the test page.
